Common questions
Have a question that is not here? Call (956) 540-2255 and ask. Hablamos español.
What should I bring to my first meeting?
Bring what you already have; you do not need everything to get started. For an injury, that means the crash or incident report number, photos, medical records and bills, and any letters from an insurance company. For immigration, bring your passport and ID and every notice you have received from USCIS or the immigration court.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Hablamos español. Our team works with clients in English and in Spanish. Choose Español on the form, or simply start the call in Spanish, and we will continue in Spanish.
Can we meet by phone or video?
Yes. If you cannot come to our McAllen office or our Brownsville office, we can meet by phone, WhatsApp or video. Tell us what works for you when we call you back.
Can I call after hours or on the weekend?
Yes. Our hotline at (956) 540-2255 is available 24/7, and you can also send a WhatsApp message at any time. If someone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first.
